Hi there! I'm Yianna. I am a dedicated personal trainer with over 12 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. For the past 6 years, I've been running my own at-home studio where I specialize in empowering women through strength training.
My journey in fitness began at the age of 16, when I landed my first job at a gym. Since then, my passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals has only grown stronger. I am deeply committed to educating myself continuously to stay at the forefront of health and fitness trends.
What drives me as a personal trainer is my belief that true transformation goes beyond physical appearance.
